Refugees Rehabilitation and Settlement in Pakistan
Dr. Tahir Khan has a specialization in Refugee Rehabilitation and Settlement in Pakistan, his expertise lies in refugees' experiences after the partition of India and the role of government and its policy-making. He joined the Virtual University of Pakistan as a lecturer in 2023. Prior to joining the Virtual University of Pakistan, he was a permanent faculty member at several notable universities in Punjab from 2014 to 2022. He received his PhD degree in history in 2022 from the University of Punjab, Department of History and Pakistan Studies. He did his M.Phil. (History) in 2014 at the University of the Punjab. He remained in the top three in his Master's (Pak-Studies) in 2012.
