Mr. Asim Mehmood is E-Lecturer Virtual University of Pakistan. Mr. Asim got Masters of Sciences degree in Telecommunications in 2006. His major courses in Masters are related to Telecommunication engineering, networks and Computer sciences. His area of Interest is optical fiber systems.
Mr. Asim has about Eleven years Telecom Industry & Teaching experience with multinational companies; he has worked in Huawei Technology as transmission engineer, also served as Lecturer in Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science & Technology Islamabad and Sarhad university of Science & Technology Peshawar. During his industrial tenure he also served as trainer for engineers of PTCL, Mobilink, and Telenor, On management side, he worked as Project Manager Sindh and Baluchistan PTCL on BITS project. Mr. Asim Got Many Foreign and Local training regarding Optical series Networks, He got Optix series network engineer training from Huaweii Training institute Kualalampure Malaysia in June 2006.
He is serving Virtual University with his vast experience in the field of IT & Telecom. He is doing his research along with his job at Virtual University of Pakistan. He is enrolled in MS Telecommunication & Networks at Bahria University Islamabad.
His professional experience and research knowledge is a good asset for assisting students of Virtual University in their education. |
