Mr. Khalid Usman is serving as Lecturer at Virtual university of Pakistan. He obtained his MS (18 years education) from COMSATS Islamabad. He also holds a Masters (16 years education) in Public Administration (MPA) from University of Peshawar. He joined this university in 2008 and still continues to be part of faculty as Lecturer.
His recent research paper titled "Impact of Organizational culture, Organizational communication and supervisor support on the job satisfaction of employees working in online It based distance learning institutions of Pakistan" got accepted and going to be published in the upcoming issue of Open Praxis (Journal for International Council for open and distance education). |
