Shahida Jahangir has been serving as a lecturer at Department of Management Sciences, Virtual University of Pakistan. Previously, she worked as Principal at Dar_e_ Arqam School and as CRO at MCB before joining Virtual University. She earned her Master’s degree in Business Education from University of the Punjab, Pakistan and has done her MS (Management Sciences) from University of Management & Technology, Lahore. Her areas of interest in research are Organizational Justice, OCB, Leadership, Job Performance and Organizational Commitment.
