Dr Shabib Aftab completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science from National College of Business Administration and Economics, Lahore. Prior to this, he received M.S degree in Computer Science from Comsats University Islamabad, M.Sc degree in Information Technology from Punjab University College of Information Technology, Lahore, and the Bachelor’s degree from Government College University, Lahore. Dr. Aftab has made significant research contributions, with over 60 papers published in esteemed international journals and conferences. His research focuses on Software Process Improvement, Intelligent Decision Making, and Applied Machine Learning. His current work explores Predictive Analytics and innovative AI applications, with a particular focus on their significance in software engineering, as well as solutions for real-world challenges in industries such as healthcare and finance. Dr. Aftab is a Senior Member of IEEE, he serves as a reviewer for more than 70 reputed international journals and has been a Scientific Committee member for numerous international conferences. He is also actively involved in the academic editorial ecosystem, holding roles such as Editor-in-Chief, Academic Editor, and Editorial Board Member of various international journals. Committed to mentoring the next generation, he has successfully supervised more than 20 MS thesis students, guiding them in developing critical research skills and making meaningful academic contributions. As the fields of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence continue to evolve, Dr. Aftab remains deeply dedicated to fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and shaping the future of technology and academic research through a commitment to integrity and a collaborative spirit.
