Virtual University of Pakistan participated in ‘Jang Education Expo 2019’ held in three major cities of Pakistan including Karachi, Islamabad and Lahore. The Expo was held in Karachi on June 22-23, 2019 at Expo Center, Karachi, Expo in Islamabad was held during June 25-26, 2019 at Pak-China Friendship Centre, Islamabad and Expo in Lahore was held during June 29-30, 2019 at Expo Center, Lahore.

The events attracted prospective students from respective and nearby cities. The Education Expo brought local and international universities and colleges under one roof, ‘The News Education Expo’ brought together prospective students at one platform where they can interact face-to-face with representatives from different higher education institutions of Pakistan. The expo helped the students to get counselling from the professionals at the Expo.

Students visited the educational stalls throughout the day to gather information regarding their desired academic programmes and the admission process. They were particularly excited to meet Virtual University representatives. VU representatives briefed the visitors about various degree programs being offered by the University and its admission criteria. Students and their parents were further motivated to know about educational system of Virtual University which is based completely on modern Information and Communication Technologies.
