Shamim Iqbal, student of BS Software Engineering, Virtual University of Pakistan, Lahore campus, was judged First at Huawei ICT Skill Competition organized by Huawei Academy Lahore on Dec 16, 2016. The competition lasted for eight working days, where more than 2,300 students from more than 30 universities from Pakistan participated in the event.  

Shamim Iqbal received Winner’s Award, Huawei Smart Phone P9, HCIE Voucher worth $2500 along with a paid visit to China. He will also compete in the final round of the Huawei Academy ICT Skill Competition against the winners participating from other countries.
