Science Education
I did my Ph.D. with a specialization in Science Education from the Institute of Education and Research, University of the Punjab Lahore. My M.Sc. Education is also from University of the Punjab with distinction (Gold medal). I have had the opportunity to teach in well-known educational institutions like Divisional Public School, Esena Foundation, and Beaconhouse, and also worked as a member of visiting faculty in IER, University of Punjab Lahore, and Federal Urdu University Islamabad. Besides this, I have experience as a research associate in different research projects funded by HEC, Cambridge Education Consultant, FAME consultant, and the Punjab Examination Commission. I also have experience of writing course material for distance learning students with Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad. I am on the panel of reviewers for the Pakistan Journal of Education and Pakistan Journal of Distance and Online Learning. My research interest is in critical thinking, assessment of science learning, and pedagogical skills development.
