Mr. Javed Ali has been serving as Instructor (MGT/HRM) at Department of Management Sciences, Virtual University of Pakistan since November 23, 2010. He graduated by having his MS degree in Management Sciences (HRM) from Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science & Technology (SZABIST), Islamabad, in October 2014 and four years Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from University of Sindh, Pakistan in December 2009. He has previously worked as an Admin officer in an NGO, Advocacy, Research, Training and Services (ARTS) Foundation from January to November 2010. Mr. Javed’s key areas of interest in HRM are human resource development (HRD) and research interest in HRD job and organizational behavior. |
