Dr. Naeem is serving as a Tutor/Instructor at the Virtual University of Pakistan since March 25, 2021. He completed his Ph.D. in Management Sciences from Islamia College Peshawar, Peshawar in February 2023. Prior to this, he completed MS-Management degree from the Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar in 2016. His research interest includes HR practices, employee workplace outcomes, and organizational behavior.
