Imran Ameen Khan joined Virtual University of Pakistan as a Lecturer of Finance/Financial Management. Mr. Imran did his MBA from the Hull Business School (HUBS), University of Hull, United Kingdom and was the only student who got distinction in the module "Business Environment" at Hull. He has also been engaged in HUBS Asian Society's activities as member of "Hull Asian Society" at the University of Hull. His second MBA is from ACBA with majors in Marketing. Furthermore, he is also an O.C.A (Oracle Certified Associate) 9i, U.S.A. He holds Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Punjab University. His professional work experience spans more than 20 years in various private, semi- government and banking organizations. He had the opportunity to work with Yorkshire Bank at Hull and also rendered his services in Askari Bank and UBL Fund Managers. He has worked in Punjab Small Industries Corporation as Joint Director (F&A) and was also the Permanent Faculty at the University of South Asia before joining Virtual University of Pakistan. He wrote five reports including two dissertations at the University of Hull as a part of theses of different modules. His two articles have also been published in refereed journals.
