Sajjad Hussain is currently serving as an Instructor (Marketing) in the Department of Management Sciences of the Virtual University of Pakistan. He is currently doing his PhD at the University SAINS Malaysia and has completed his MS degree from COMSATS Institute of Information Technology. Sajjad served eight years in the military in the Quality Assurance department, where he gained valuable experience and skills. His research interests lie in enhancing sustainability practices within the hospitality industry, focusing on improving the performance of hotels through sustainable measures. Sajjad's background in marketing and military service provides a unique perspective on discipline, strategy, and operational efficiency, which he brings to his research and academic endeavors.
