Asma Zafar has been serving as Lecturer at the Department of Psychology, Virtual University of Pakistan since January 14, 2015. She has served the same University as Instructor Psychology from November 15, 2007 to January 13, 2015. Before joining Virtual University, she served as an Educational Psychologist in SOS Village. Currently, she is a PhD Scholar at Institute of Applied Psychology, University of the Punjab, Lahore. She completed MS Clinical Psychology from Govt. College University, Lahore. and M.Sc. Applied Psychology (with specialization in Counseling Psychology) from Institute of Applied Psychology, University of the Punjab, Lahore. She has special interest in scale development for the core purpose of assessment and research.
