Dr. Muhammad Azam Ali is working as Assistant Professor in Department of Biological Sciences at Virtual University of Pakistan. He obtained the degree of PhD. in Molecular Biology from Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology (CEMB), University of the Punjab, Lahore. His areas of research expertise include Molecular Biology, Cloning, Plant Transformation, Tissue Culture, Insect-Plant Interaction, and Biosafety of GMOs. Additionally, he has served as a visiting researcher at The Ohio State University, USA, and Nigde Ömer Halisdemir University, Turkey.
