The Department of Psychology, Virtual University of Pakistan in collaboration with the Department of Sociology and Mass Communication organized a one-day seminar on “Women Empowerment” 16th April 2019. Ms. Zarine Aziz (Former President, First Women Bank), Dr Shaida Jaffery (Founder-Vice Chancellor Sardar, Bahadur Khan Women University, Quetta) and Mr. Shahid Nadeem (Screenwriter, Playwright, Journalist and Human activist) were the guest speakers. The theme of this seminar was to highlight the women and their family members who created resources to empower women through building institutions.
