The Amal Academy, in collaboration with Virtual University of Pakistan, invites applications for the Amal Career-Prep Fellowship (Fall 2026)—a 3-month professional development program designed to prepare students for successful careers.

The fellowship offers interactive training in communication, leadership, teamwork, analytical thinking, resume writing, interview preparation, AI, financial literacy, negotiation, and one-on-one career counselling.

Eligibility: 3rd-year, final-year, Masters students, and recent graduates.

Format: Learn in diverse cohorts with students from other universities. Group sessions held every weekend across 3-months. You can choose between Online or In-person, held in select university campuses in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and Faisalabad, whichever suits you better.

Time Commitment: 12–15 hours per week (starting September 2026).

Fee: The Fellowship actually costs Rs. 80,000, but Amal Academy subsidize 75% of that, bringing it down to Rs. 15,000 for the full 3 months. 

• You can pay in 3 installments of Rs. 5,000, or 
• As a one-time payment of Rs. 13,500 (that's with a 10% early-payment discount). 

Amal Academy also offer additional need-based financial assistance. Admitted Fellows can apply for need-based financial assistance after submitting their application. If eligible, admitted applicants will only have to pay a commitment fee of up to Rs. 4,000 for the entire 3-month Fellowship (or even lower in special circumstances).
