Terms and Conditions:

• Fee vouchers are available in the admission portal of applicant(s) who have successfully qualified merit. The same must be paid on or before Thursday, March 28, 2024 for securing admission seat.

• The admissions will be granted on provisional basis. The University may cancel admission of those students whose credentials are found missing/ fake / not validated/ bogus documents etc.

• The applicant(s) who have applied against multiple study programs are advised to deposit fee against one program only.  In case, any of the applicant deposits fee against more than one program(s) then admission will be made against one program wherein fee will be deposited earlier and his/her paid fee for the additional program(s) will be confiscated / not refunded.  

• Your admission is specific to the lab city. The lab city cannot be changed till the completion of Degree. Each student will have to perform practicals in person by meeting attendance criteria of the University. It is mandatory for every student to follow the practical schedule given by the Department.

• In case existing students of the University successfully qualifies merit then they have to withdraw from the previous admission before submission of dues against new Program.

• In case any of the applicant has applied for admission through Course Exemption (General or Entry Route) are advised to check decisions of their course exemption case(s) before submission of admission fee.

• In case of any discrepancy, candidates are advised to contact the University via email m.ateeq@vu.edu.pk within 48 hours of publishing the merit list. After that no complaint will be entertained.

• Errors and omissions are excepted.
