Lesson Plan Writing Competition 2022 was organized by the Department of Education, Virtual University of Pakistan in October 2022. Chief Organizer, Dr. Nauman Abdullah, and Focal Person, Dr. Sehar Rashid, planned and implemented the competition in true spirit. A panel of experts (internal and external dignitaries) was involved in the process of evaluation. The worthy Rector, Prof. Dr. Arshad Saleem Bhatti, was the Guest of Honor in the award ceremony held on January 31, 2023. The event witnessed the participation from different countries such as Pakistan, Bahrain, China, KSA, USA, UAE, and Albania, with a total of 225 lesson plans submitted for the competition. Ms. Zounash Saleem, Lahore bagged first position with a cash prize of Rs. 20,000/-, Ms. Samina Jan from Islamabad secured second place with a cash prize of Rs.15,000/-, and Ms. Maria Nawaz secured third position with a cash prize of Rs.10,000/-.
