On June 7, 2023, the Department of Sociology organized a training session on QB development. Mr. Moazzam Elahi, led the session as a QB Master Trainer, that aimed to equip faculty members with effective teaching strategies. The session emphasized the six levels of Bloom's taxonomy—knowledge, comprehension, application, analysis, synthesis, and evaluation—and provided practical examples and activities for faculty members to apply this framework in their teaching practices. Continuous improvement and self-reflection were also highlighted, encouraging faculty members to evaluate their teaching methods and identify areas for growth. Overall, the training session offered valuable insights and strategies for faculty members to design engaging learning experiences. By incorporating Bloom's taxonomy and focusing on ongoing improvement, faculty members can enhance their QB development methods.
