The Department of Education, Virtual University of Pakistan organized a one- day seminar to celebrate the International Day of Education on January 27, 2020. The participants comprised a diverse group of VUP faculty and staff, teachers, and students from Lahore College Women University, University of the Punjab, University of Education and School Education Department of Punjab. The day was celebrated to highlight the needs of education and its centrality to the attainment of Sustainable Development Goals to which Pakistan is a signatory.
