Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are applicable only for the paid training programs and courses. Complimentary courses and programs are not eligible for refunds.

Cancellation by Participant:

If you decide to cancel your participation in a paid training program, you are eligible for a refund according to the following schedule:

Cancellation 14 or more days before the start date: You will receive a full refund minus a nominal administrative fee.
Cancellation 7 to 13 days before the start date: You will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellation within 7 days of the start date: No refund will be provided.
Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a training program, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee. We will also provide alternative options, such as transferring your registration to another upcoming program.

Refund Process:

Non-Attendance:
