Dr. Bhutta is serving as an assistant professor at the department of sociology at PMAS-AAUR Pakistan. He is currrently heading the criminology programs of the university. He has over 22 years of teaching and research experience. He has got number of national and international research publications to his credit. He remained a visiting faculty memeber at different universities of the country teaching sociology and criminology courses. He regularly lectures at various profssional bodies of criminology and criminal justice including National Academy for Prisons Administrations, Punjab Law College etc.Dr. Bhutta is currently supervising the PhD and MS scholars.
