Mr. Umar Shahzad holds a PhD in Management (with a focus on Human Resource Management) from Air University, Islamabad. He has been affiliated with the Virtual University of Pakistan since 2010, and currently serves as a lecturer in the Department of Management Sciences. His main areas of teaching and research interest include strategic management, change management, entrepreneurship, and sustainable business. He has published research papers in HEC recognized journals. Before joining VU, he worked in the private sector for about two years. He has also presented his research work at national and locally held international conferences. |
