Ms. Hafsa Khalil has recently finished her Master's from Quaid-i-Azam University. Her thesis used large language models (LLMs) for protein sequence classification. Her areas of interest include Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine learning (ML) and Bioinformatics. Ms. Hafsa has recently joined Virtual University with interests in furthering her research interests.
