I am passionate to be a social scientist! My PhD thesis is focusing on challenges faced by nurses in health sector from the lens of gender that would ultimately improve quality services to general public. Besides, my educational background has diversity from health to social sciences, but my majors are in the field of gender studies. I I have earned distinctions in both sciences. Regarding research, I have won international research awards while presenting my PhD research work in different conferences at international and national level. Furthermore, I have worked as research assistant with Boston University, USA. I have teaching and ORIC coordinator experience at UOL as well as PUCIT.
