Survey Sampling
Dr. Amber Asghar serves as an Assistant Professor at the Virtual University of Pakistan, where she has been employed since 2007. She earned her Master’s degree in Statistics from the University of Punjab. Prior to her tenure at the Virtual University, she was lecturer on Statistics at Mister College for one year. Dr. Asghar attained her M.Phil. in Statistics in 2013, followed by the completion of her Ph.D. in 2018 from NCBA&E. During her doctoral studies, she received an HEC scholarship and had the opportunity to conduct research at McGill University. She successfully defended her Ph.D. thesis and remains highly motivated to explore innovative survey sampling methodologies.
