NOTICE

EXTENSION IN LAST DATE TO APPLY FOR ADMISSIONS FALL 2024

(Except MS/MBA & Merit based Programs)

 Due to late/delayed Result declaration by Boards of Intermediate & Secondary Education, the Virtual University of Pakistan has extended the last date to apply for Fall 2024 admissions from September 10, 2024, to Monday, September 30, 2024, other than MS/MBA/Biological Sciences merit-based programs. Admissions in BS Bioinformatics are being offered without merit, so admissions in this program will continue till the last date of the admissions.

The dates relating to conduct of VU Entry Test for MSCS/MBA (Equ. to MS), display of merit lists and commencement of classes will remain unchanged. Classes will commence with effect from Monday, 14^th October 2024. The revised dates admission schedule Fall 2024 is given below:

• Last date to apply for Admissions all Programs:      Monday, September 30, 2024

[other than MSCS/MBA(Equ. to MS)/Merit Based Programs]

• 1^st Merit List for Biological Sciences Programs:                    September 18, 2024
• Entry Test for MSCS/MBA (Equ. to MS):                                September 18, 2024
• Display of 1st Merit List MSCS/MBA (Equ. to MS):                 September 25, 2024
• Commencement of Classes:                                Monday, October 14, 2024

 Note:

• Admission Fee paid after due date(s) by the applicant(s) shall not be considered for admission
• No further extension will be granted after September 30, 2024.
• The University reserves the right to make any change in Admission Schedule, as required.
