Dear Students,

It is hereby intimated that the last date has been extended till May 30, 2021, for VU students who were admitted during the Spring 2021 semester and could not apply for course exemptions [(course(s) qualified previously from VU]. Interested students will apply for the course exemptions by below guidelines:

1. The student will apply by using course exemption Proforma available through the Online link in LMS under Student Services [LMS>Student Services>Apply for Credit Transfer/Course Exemption]. 
2. After successfully submitting, download, and get the print of course exemption Proforma.
3. Sign and email scan copies of course exemption Proforma and transcript (on the basis student intends to claim for course exemption) at courseexemptions@vu.edu.pk 
4. Course Exemption processing fee will automatically be generated into the student’s account as the student applies for course exemption.

NOTE: 

• Only old VU students are eligible to apply for course exemption who have been admitted during Spring 2021.
• Incomplete applications will be rejected. 
• No applications will be accepted after the deadline.
• Course exemption applications will be considered as per Course Exemption policy of the University.
• Students will not claim for any academic loss during the period [lectures, quizzes or assignments marks which have been given or taken].
• Subsequent courses from the study scheme will be selected as per prescribed workload.
