Dear Students,

It is hereby intimated that the provisionally admitted students of Spring 2024 (new admissions) who have not yet appeared for verification of original documents are directed to visit the nearest VU own Campus/ office during office hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday) for the verification of their original documents before the commencement of midterm examinations (Spring 2024).  

Students shall produce following documents for verification: -

Required Documents for Physical Verification

1. Original Academic Transcripts/ Result Cards/Degrees/Certificates etc.
2. Original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
3. Two attested passport size photographs with blue background.
4. Two sets of attested copies of all educational documents. (Write Admission Form No. / VU ID on the top right corner of each set of documents)

Those students who fails to verify their documents (physically), they will not be allowed to appear in Midterm Examinations and their admission will be treated as CANCELLED.

NOTE:

• This announcement is meant for Provisionally Admitted Students only (received an email for visiting VU own campuses/offices).
• The student’s physical appearance is mandatory. Any person appearing on behalf of a student shall not be entertained.
• Following students SHALL NOT visit any campus/office:

1. Students whose admission is already confirmed.
2. Students who have already presented their original documents by physically visiting the respective Campus/Office.
3. Overseas students (The University will make documents verification through video conferencing).
