FINAL NOTICE

FOR THE SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

BY THE NEWLY ADMITTED STUDENTS (FALL 2021)

It was mandatory for all the newly admitted students of the Fall 2021 semester to submit three sets of complete, clear, and readable photocopies of their educational documents in accordance with the respective admission eligibility criteria (as applicable) for the verification of documents and confirmation of their admissions.

2.       Moreover, the due date for the submission of the respective documents was extended till November 30,2021, but it has been found that many students/campuses have not yet submitted documents.

3.       The University is giving the last chance to the newly admitted students for the submission of the following documents by Monday, December 27, 2021:

1. Admission Form
2. Matric
3. Intermediate (IBBC Equivalence in case of A/O Level)
4. Bachelor (Part 1 & 2 result card/transcript and Degree as applicable) and
5. BS (4-year)/ Master (2-year) (result card/transcript and Degree as applicable)
6. CNIC or B-Form (as applicable)
7. Three recent Passport size Photograph (preferably with blue background and signature below pasted on paper)

Note:

• The admissions of those students who got admitted on the basis of Hope certificate and failed to submit the complete documents along with the valid Result card in place of Hope certificate will be CANCELLED.
• Please write your Admission Form No./VU Student ID number on each document/set.
• In case of non-submission of the above-mentioned documents, any official document (e.g., VU ID Card, Admission offer letter etc.) will not be issued to the student.

4.        It is hereby warned to the students that the University will take strict action in case of non-compliance with the above instructions. Therefore, the students who have not yet submitted/sent their documents to the relevant Campuses (for campus-based students) or directly (for home-based students) at the University’s address are advised to send their educational documents without any further delay on or before December 27, 2021, otherwise the University will not allow them to sit in the Mid Semester Exams (Fall 2021) and their admissions may also be CANCELLED without any further notice.
