With a PhD (1978) from Michigan State University (USA), Dr. Kausar is presently working as a Professor of Knowledge Management at University of Management and Technology (UMT), Lahore. His teaching, training, consulting and learning interests include the areas of Organizational Behavior, Leadership and Change, Emotional/Cultural Intelligence, Organic Knowledge Management, and Human Capital Development. Dr. Kausar has delivered many MBA/MS/PhD courses online and on campus and has supervised successfully three PhD thesis and dozens of M.Phil/MS dissertations in Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Malaysia. Dr. Kausar has also been appointed as member of the International Editorial Review Board of The International Journal of Knowledge-Based Organizations, UK. Earlier, he had been serving UMT as Dean ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management), Dean SBE (School of Business and Economics), and Pro-Rector UMT (University of Management and Technology).
