PROJECT’S
1-Master’s thesis was on Whole Genome Sequencing and Comparative Genome Analysis of a local Multi-drug Resistant Staphylococcus haemolyticus Isolate we reported the first draft genome sequence of Staphylococcus haemolyticus from Pakistan comparative analysis revealed that our strain is more resistant and virulent. |
2-Undergraduate project was on the in silico characterization of a salicylic acid analogue coding gene clusters in selected Pseudomonas fluorescens strains Our focus was to systematically predict secondary metabolites biosynthetic potential of P. fluorescens strains utilizing their complete and chromosome-level genome sequences data This project has been published in |
