PROJECT’S
1-Master’s thesis was on Whole Genome Sequencing and Comparative Genome Analysis of a
local Multi-drug Resistant Staphylococcus haemolyticus Isolate we reported the first draft
genome sequence of Staphylococcus haemolyticus from Pakistan comparative analysis
revealed that our strain is more resistant and virulent.
2-Undergraduate project was on the in silico characterization of a salicylic acid analogue coding
gene clusters in selected Pseudomonas fluorescens strains Our focus was to systematically
predict secondary metabolites biosynthetic potential of
P. fluorescens strains utilizing their
complete and chromosome-level genome sequences data This project has been published in

WORK EXPERIENCE
01/9/2018–01/9/2019

Research Assistant
As a Research Assistant I have worked on Higher education commission of pakistan funded
project "Pangenome Analysis of Multi drug-resistant
S. aureus strains to get insight into the
mechanism of pathenicity and to identify new therapeutic interventions to replace the new
antimicrobial drugs’’NRPU–HEC2015)
