*** The ISL 1151 course is divided into two portions. The first portion consists of Tajvid, and the second portion consists of Arabic through Quranic text.  Dr. Ali Imran delivered the Tajvid Portion, and the Arabic through Quranic Text portion is delivered by Abdul Quddoos Durrani.

* Mr. Abdul Quddoos Durrani has been serving in Virtual University of Pakistan since January 24, 2011. Currently, he is leading the department of Islamic Studies.

Before joining Virtual University he served College of Sharia and Modern Sciences working under Minhaj University Lahore more than seven years. During his stay at Minhaj University, he has taught Arabic Grammar (Sarf u Nahve), Fiqh e Islami, and Tafseer e Quran.

His area of interest is Quran study to work out contemporary issues facing by human being especially Muslim Ummah.

He is serving as a preacher to show real face of Islam in country and out of the country. He visited Kuwait, Oman, Abu Dhabi and Iran for participating in different seminars and conferences regarding Islam and unity of Muslim Ummah.

* Dr. Ali Imran has been serving at the Virtual University of Pakistan since April 12, 2023. 

Before joining Virtual University, he served Faridia Islamic University of Sahiwal for 12 years, University of Sahiwal for 1 year, and Elementary College for teacher training as a trainer for 1.5 years. 

His area of interest is Tajvid, Fiqh, Seerah, and Hadith. He wrote three books on jurisprudence and Islamic law.
