Mr. Noor Rahman joined the Virtual University of Pakistan in December 2015 as an Instructor in Computer Science and currently serves as a Lecturer (CS). He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science (MSCS) from the City University of Science & Technology (CUSIT), Peshawar, Pakistan (2021), where his research focused on "Ensemble Classifiers for Enhanced SAR Target Classification in Standard and Extended Operating Conditions." Prior to this, he earned his Master in Computer Science (MCS) from the Virtual University of Pakistan in 2015. |
