Mr. Noor Rahman joined the Virtual University of Pakistan in December 2015 as an Instructor (Computer Science) and is currently serving as a Lecturer (Computer Science). He completed his Master of Computer Science (MCS) in 2015 and later earned his MS in Computer Science from the City University of Science and Information Technology (CUSIT), Peshawar, Pakistan, in 2021, while continuing his teaching responsibilities at Virtual University. His MS research focused on “Ensemble Classifiers for Enhanced SAR Target Classification in Standard and Extended Operating Conditions”. His research interests include Digital Image Processing, Machine Learning, Target Classification in Remote Sensing Data, Small Object Detection, and Medical Image Processing. |
