Ms. Alia Tariq is currently working as an instructor at the department of English, Virtual University of Pakistan. She did her M.A English, B.Ed from University of Education, Lahore. She holds the honor of receiving a gold medal for her exceptional performance in Masters (English Language and Literature). She conducted and successfully defended her research thesis on the topic 'An Analysis of Treatment of Women in English Short Stories Included in the syllabus of The University of Punjab at Graduate Level.' Before joining Virtual University of Pakistan, she has served as an English lecturer at Punjab Group of Colleges, Lahore. She has also worked as the editor and proofreader of a book titled 'Splendid English Grammar & Composition' by Syed Ahmad Bukhari. Her aim is to play a vital role in shaping the mindset of the nation through her commitment to excellence. |
