I am currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Virtual University of Pakistan. I hold a Ph.D. in Management Sciences from the University of Balochistan, where I was the top performer of my batch. I also earned my MS and Bachelor of Business Studies degrees—both with distinction—from BUITEMS, Quetta, and was awarded gold medals in both programs. My teaching and research interests lie in organizational behavior, workplace dynamics, and knowledge management. My doctoral research focused on the antecedents of knowledge hiding behavior among academicians in higher education institutions. I have published in several peer-reviewed journals on topics such as workplace incivility, psychological entitlement, and the intersection of technology and student well-being. In addition to teaching and research, I bring experience from previous academic roles at Sardar Bahadur Khan Women’s University and BUITEMS, and have contributed to policy-level research projects related to social welfare and youth development in Balochistan. I am proficient in using tools such as SPSS and SmartPLS and actively participate in national and international research workshops and training programs. As an educator, I am passionate about integrating technology with pedagogy to create engaging and meaningful learning experiences in digital environments.
