I am currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at the Virtual University of Pakistan, where I teach core subjects including programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering. My instructional approach emphasizes clarity, analytical thinking, and practical application to equip students with the skills needed for success in the evolving tech landscape. In parallel, I am pursuing a PhD in Computer Science at the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (FAST-NUCES). My research focuses on artificial intelligence, deep learning, computer vision, and sign language translation, with a dedicated aim to harness the transformative power of emerging technologies for the empowerment of underserved and marginalized communities. I am particularly passionate about developing intelligent, accessible solutions—such as automated sign language interpretation systems—that bridge communication barriers and promote digital inclusion. By aligning technological innovation with social responsibility, my work aspires to contribute meaningfully to the betterment of disadvantaged populations and foster a more equitable, connected society. I bring with me 18 years of experience in the Pakistan Air Force (2004–2022), where I served as an Associate Aeronautical Engineer. I was responsible for ensuring uninterrupted ground-to-air communication between pilots and air defense controllers—an essential function in mission-critical operations. From 2022 to 2025, I served in the National Highways and Motorway Police in diverse technical and administrative roles. As Assistant Computer Programmer, Regional IT In-Charge, and focal person for the e-Office system, and delivered comprehensive training programs for staff. Additionally, I served as Regional Accountant and Personal Assistant to the Additional IGP, contributing to both financial oversight and executive coordination. These multifaceted roles allowed me to enhance organizational workflows and support key decision-making processes effectively. This diverse background enables me to integrate technical expertise with public service and academic leadership.
