EXTENSION IN DATE FOR PHYSICAL/ IN-PERSON VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS
FOR STUDENTS WHO WERE PROVISIONALLY ADMITTED DURING FALL 2023 ADMISSIONS (TILL FRIDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2023).
Dear Students,
The University understands that many of our students have been diligently participating in completing the physical verification of documents. In consideration of various circumstances and to ensure everyone has ample time to complete document verification process, we are pleased to announce an extension of the due date till December 8, 2023 (Monday to Friday; 9:00 am to 5:00 pm). This extension aims to alleviate any potential time constraints and allow everyone to submit their documents comfortably.
2. Students who admitted provisionally during Fall 2023 admissions (At the time of admission intimated via email to visit the Virtual University (VU) Offices/Campus for verification of their educational documents) and not yet appeared physically for the verification of their educational documents for further confirmation of their admission, then you are advised to visit the nearest VU office/Campus from November 28, 2023, to December 8, 2023 (Monday to Friday), for the verification of your documents by visiting any VU offices/VU own Campuses given in Annexure-“A”. However, students may visit any nearest VU own Campus for the physical verification of the documents. Overseas Students will be informed later on via email.
3. In case, you fail to get your documents verified before the commencement of mid-term examinations i.e., till December 4, 2023, then you will not be eligible to appear for mid-semester Examinations and your admission will be cancelled and marked as “Withdrawn”.
4. It is mandatory for all the students to appear physically for the verification of documents (if student already appeared physically for the verification of documents, then ignore this email). The student shall be responsible for bringing all the requisite documents as mentioned below in order to avoid any inconvenience.
5. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS (For physical document verification)
- Original Academic Transcripts/ Result Cards/Degrees/Certificates etc.
- Original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)/ B-Form.
- Two attested passport size photographs with blue background.
- Two sets of attested copies of all educational documents along with CNIC/B-Form Copies.
- Write Admission Form No. / VU ID on the top right corner of each document.
NOTE:
- Student may visit any VU own Campus / VU Office for verification of the documents other than allocated city given in the Annexure –‘A’.
- This announcement is meant for Provisionally Admitted Students Only who have not yet appeared at any VU own Campus/office of the Virtual University for verification of their original educational documents.
- Respective student’s physical appearance is mandatory. Any person appearing on behalf of a student will not be accepted.
- Students having already got confirmed their admissions OR students who have already presented their original documents by physically visiting at respective Campus/Office may please ignore this message and such students are not required to visit any Campus/Office for further verification of their documents.
- Overseas Students will be informed later on via email.
- If any student(s) facing any difficulty then contact with the Registrar's office via email or tickets.
